Elissa is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and was a collegiate volleyball player. Her experiences have given her a deep understanding of the body, whether it be injury prevention, maintenance, or recovery.
She specializes in deep tissue and sports massage while incorporating modalities such as cupping, stretching and range-of-motion and aromatherapy.
Elissa’s treatment style is intentional and highly individualized. She listens closely to the body and tailors each session to the client’s unique needs, creating a grounded, effective, and restorative experience.
